  • Promote startup solutions that are unique in concept, design, process, or functionality, and improve startup participation in public procurement.

  • DPIIT-recognised startups registered as sellers/service providers on GeM.
  • Startups in existing GeM categories or dedicated sectors (AI, robotics, agritech, cleantech, cybersecurity, edtech, healthtech, water tech, assistive tech, etc.).
  • Other innovative entities.

What do you get?

  • Access to government buyers across ministries, departments, PSUs, and other public entities.
  • Exemption/relaxation from prior-turnover, prior-experience, and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) requirements.
  • Dedicated marketplace visibility, including listing for products with no standard category yet.
